Working with Ed was the best possible decision we could have made as first-time home buyers. Ed was there for us through every step of this process, and answered every single question we had (sometimes asking the same thing multiple times!) at any time of the day. Ed helped us make sure we wrote the most competitive offer, and working with Ed -- the offer was accepted on the first offer we made on any home. Even after closing, Ed has reached out to check in, provide names of contractors/other useful contacts, etc. In addition to being great at his job, Ed is the nicest person you could hope to work with. Buying a home (especially for the first time), can be such an overwhelming process, but Ed made us feel like someone had our back at every step of the way. We will definitely be working with Ed in the future!
