WE LOVE ED! My husband and I went back and forth about whether we wanted to buy a home maybe 5 times after we had contacted Ed to start the process. We continued to tell Ed that we were going to take a break and continue renting, and then go back to him and ask for tours. Ed stuck with us through all of our craziness. He made us feel like a priority and not a nuisance. He told us that the best time for us to buy a home was when we felt confident and ready and he would wait as long as it took for us to get there. He never pressured us. He offered us sound and solid advice and dropped everything when we found a house we wanted to look at. When we finally found THE house, Ed was knowledgeable and worked so quickly. He toured with us, worked with our mortgage company, and assisted us in writing a reasonable offer that he knew would get accepted. And he was right!! We are currently living in the perfect first home for our family and could not be happier with how the process went. We can’t wait to raise our babies and make so many memories in this home and it’s such a blessing that the buying process was a smooth one! We have only good things to say about Ed!
