Eduardo has got to be one of the best realtors in the DC area! He possesses the most important characteristics in a realtor (by my definition): 1. He listens - probably the most important attribute of a realtor - Eduardo actually listens to your concerns and only needs to be told once what your goals/concerns/issues are and then addresses them promptly and specifically; 2. Accessibility - as we were both buying and selling at the same time, we needed an accessible realtor - even when Eduardo was out of the country he would call to check and make sure everything was moving forward; 3. Staging/presentation - on the selling side, it is important to stage the property in the most aesthetically appealing way possible. When Eduardo was done staging the place, the pictures (he hired a photographer to take 1st class pictures of the place) were phenomenal. We barely recognized our place, and we were living there throughout the entire sale process. So many realtors put horrible pictures of the property online, which is the first thing people look at when identifying properties they are interested in. Great pictures are key.
