I have been to the settlement table about 25 times as both the buyer and seller. There can be issues and much drama prior to “sitting at the table” and some Realtors seem to thrive on this drama. Thankfully, Eduardo does not. He is a problem solver before you even know that one existed. He was a team player and listened to and respected my needs and desires. I would definitely work with him again and would highly recommend him.
